Silver Lakes golf

Silver Lakes has one of the best golf courses in South Africa and regularly hosts major tournaments. Wings & Water Guest Villas is situated right next to the 4th tee.

Play a round on the championship 18-hole Peter Matkovich-designed golf course, or practise at the driving range and putting greens.

The Bakehouse and clubhouse

The Bakehouse in Silver Lakes is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or coffee and cake with friends. It is a brisk 1 km walk along the golf course from Wings & Water Guest Villas to the clubhouse.

At the Silver Lakes Golf & Country Club, enjoy tennis courts, squash courts, a children's play park, a swimming pool with a super tube, and meals with views over the lakes.

Estate game reserve and walking trails

Explore the estate's private mini game reserve, home to small antelopes and extensive birdlife along dedicated walking trails. The entrance is straight across the road from the gates of Wings & Water Guest Villas.

A 4 km hike offers a closer experience of the African bush, with the possibility of seeing Springbok, Impala, Waterbuck, Sable, Kudu, Hartebeest, and many African bird species.
